Electromechanical Services & Systems Integration
Precise integration of core mechanical, electrical, and control systems for complex industrial environments.
Operational readiness for industrial assets is achieved through the integrated management of process utilities, electrical power, and control systems. Once equipment is mechanically set, GJ Industrial Services orchestrates the specialized trades required to build your plant’s critical infrastructure. Led by a disciplined ONE-PLAN APPROACH, interface friction across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines is mitigated, ensuring a safe, organized progression from construction to verifiable turn over.
Typical scope:
- Process Piping & Utility Tie-Ins: Management of industrial pipefitting contractors for the routing of pneumatics, hydraulics, cooling water, and specialized process gases.
- Power Distribution & BoP Coordination: Oversight of Balance of Plant (BoP) electrical installations, including low/medium-voltage routing, cable tray systems, and Motor Control Center (MCC) integration.
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&C): Coordination of field instrumentation wiring, sensor calibration oversight, and PLC control panel terminations.
- Testing & System Verification: Direct supervision of critical line testing, including hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests, electrical meggering, and I&C loop checks.
- Pre-Commissioning & Turnover: Dynamic punch-list resolution, system flushing coordination, and the delivery of comprehensive QA/QC turnover packages to support final commissioning.
